CCHS January 16th Mall Event A Success

Monday, January 18, 2021

CCHS is proud to report that we have had another successful adoption event at the Chautauqua Mall this past Saturday (1/16/21).   Seven shelter pets met their new families and went home.   We are incredibly happy to announce that one of those pets that went home was the cat named Baker Island who came to us along with 83 other cats from a hoarding case in Dunkirk in July of 2020.  Last week Baker was featured prominently on Media One Radio, on WNY News Now as well as CCHS social media.

Other pets that went home include our feline friends Florida (who also came from the Dunkirk case mentioned above), Desmond, Tanner, Peepers, a dog named Mama, and a Guinea Pig named Taz.

We are grateful to all who came out to the mall to visit the adoption event and those who made the move to add to the family.  We look forward to seeing you at our next Chautauqua Mall adoption event that will be happening on Saturday, January 30th from 12pm to 4pm.

We also want to take a moment to thank those supporting businesses in the community that made this adoption event possible including Happy Hounds Hotel and Day Spa, The Media One Radio Group, Blackstone Advanced Technologies, Customized Management Strategies, and JB Liquor.
