2nd Chances Black Friday Event

As you gear up to shop ‘till you drop this Black Friday, November 27th make plans to stop by the Chautauqua County Humane Society’s 2nd Chances Thrift Store on Fairmount Avenue, and the adoption center on Strunk Road. 

2nd Chances Thrift Store will be open early at 7am with a Christmas deal tree.  Customers will receive special discounts on purchases by selecting an ornament from a tree at check out.  Store manager Larry Spontaneo says “we will have some really fun items out this Friday at prices that can’t be beat.  Stop in to the store and know that you are getting more than just a great deal, you are helping the animals at CCHS every time you shop with us.”

Starting at 2pm there will be special Black Friday adoption deals at the CCHS Adoption Center.  The adoption fee on dogs six (6) months and older will be just $50.00.   The adoption fee for cats six (6) months and older will be waived for a donation.  CCHS Community Relations Director Brian Papalia says “What better time to take a new pet home than during the holidays? If you are looking for companionship, looking for a pet to share the season with.”

While shopping throughout the holiday season, make 2nd Chances Thrift Store at 707 Fairmount Avenue and the Chautauqua County Humane Society at 2825 Strunk Road destinations to find those special gifts for people on your lists.
