CCHS accepts gifts of life insurance policies if the policy is paid-up and if CCHS is designated as the owner and the beneficiary. The donor may choose to gift the proceeds of the life insurance policy, thereby naming The Chautauqua County Humane Society, Inc. as beneficiary.
