CCHS Group Volunteer Opportunities

Chautauqua County Humane Society is proud to offer engaging volunteer opportunities to local youth and adult clubs, groups, and organizations. When your group volunteers to help the animals at CCHS they will have hands-on experiences that give a behind the scenes view of daily life at the shelter. Volunteer experiences are designed to educate the community on the importance of kindness, respect, and humane treatment of pets.

Our programs are tailored to be age-appropriate and encourage active participation, making learning about animal welfare both educational and enjoyable.
