The Chautauqua County Humane Society offers a Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, for cats only. Other services are available at an additional cost at the time of their surgery and can be found in the form below. Donations are always welcomed and applied to help maintain the clinic’s funding.
Please complete one form (found below) for each cat needing to be altered. After the form is submitted, WE WILL Email YOU to schedule your appointment. Please note that it can take up to fourteen (14) days before you receive your email from clinic@chqhumane.org.
