SHULTS SUBARU AND CCHS ANNOUNCE SUBARU LOVES PETS ADOPTION EVENT

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (October 14, 2024) Shults Subaru, 311 Fluvanna Avenue in Jamestown will hold a special Subaru Loves Pets adoption event with the Chautauqua County Humane Society from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, October 19th. Shults Subaru will be funding a direct grant of $4,000, distributed by the ASPCA® to The Chautauqua County Humane Society to help pets in need. Chautauqua County Humane Society Director of Fundraising and Communications, Brian Papalia said, “We are grateful to continue this tradition of working with Shults Subaru on the Subaru Loves Pets Effort. This grant money is being used to help with the rising costs of adoption preparation of shelter animals that come into our care during the month of October. This includes spay and neuter, microchipping, vaccinations, and flea treatment. Thanks to Subaru’s generosity we are offering an adoption special this Saturday, October 19th, at the Shults Subaru and the CCHS adoption center at 2825 Strunk Road in Jamestown, all kittens up to 6 months old will be half off and the fee will be waived on cats 6 months and older.”

Papalia said, “The folks at Shults Subaru are also going the extra mile by making a $50 donation every time someone comes in to take a test drive during the event, so we would really love for everyone to come to the Subaru showroom from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, October 16th to meet their next furry family member and take a test drive!”  Store Manager, Darren Hills said, “Shults Subaru proudly supports the mission of the Chautauqua County Humane Society. We are pleased to partner with them for the October 19th Subaru Loves Pets event at Shults Subaru.”

The Chautauqua County Humane Society is a 501c3 not for profit organization serving Chautauqua County since 1905. CCHS’s mission is “To empower our community to improve the lives of animals.”
