CCHS & COMMUNITY THROUGH HOCKEY TEAM UP FOR ALL-STAR HOCKEY FUNDRAISER
CCHS and Community Through Hockey are teaming up to present a Jamestown All-Stars Vs. Fredonia All-Stars Hockey game Saturday, October 5th at the Northwest Arena in downtown Jamestown. Doors open at 6pm and the puck drops at 7:05pm.
Admission is free to the public.
CCHS Director of Fundraising and Communications Brian Papalia said, “We are honored to team up with Eric Herman and Tony Privitera to put on this exciting hockey game to benefit the animals that rely on the Chautauqua County Humane Society. At 6pm we’ll have information and adoptable pets in the lobby, and it’ll be a super fun night that will include some really great baskets donated by volunteers and businesses, and a 50/50 with a prize already worth over $1,500!” There will also be a very special guest, Brandi, who is an alumni of CCHS that was adopted by Bri Loomis in 2018, will do the ceremonial puck drop to start the game.”
Eric Herman of Community Through Hockey said, “I’m excited to see how the partnership of Community Through Hockey and the Chautauqua County Humane Society helps the Charity Through Hockey Game grow. We’ve evolved into a true community event where members of our local adult leagues have now joined the cause and will compete to help the cats and dogs that rely on CCHS services. People don’t need to play hockey or even watch it to come support our fundraising event and have a great time.”
CCHS thanks our sponsors including Media One Radio Group, Supportive Divorce Solutions, Kinetic by Windstream, and Shults Auto Group.
Meet CCHS Alum Brandi, adopted in 2018, who will be dropping the puck to start the game!
