CCHS Announces Hot Dogs Cool Cats Pet Photo Contest Winners

Jamestown, N.Y. (February 5, 2018)

The Chautauqua County Humane Society's Hot Dogs, Cool Cats Pet Photo Contest came to a close this past Friday (2/2/2018). The contest raised $11,796 of it's $12,000 goal. Thanks to everyone who entered photos. 116 were submitted. Thanks to Happy Hounds Hotel and Day Spa LLC., The Media One Group of Radio Stations (SE-93, My Country 101.9, 103.1 The Fox, 1240AM WJTN and 1340AM WKSN), Panebianco Photography and The Ashville General Store for their sponsorship support.

These 23 photos will appear on at least 2 cards in a deck of playing cards, with the top 4 vote-getters appearing on a face card (all 4 suits) of their choice. All 23 winners will receive (1) deck of playing cards. In addition, the winning pet at the end of the competition will be named CCHS Pet of the Year and have their entry image on the card box. The winning pet’s owner also receives a $100 Visa gift card and a pet photography session with Cathy Panebianco of Panebianco Photography. The runner up will receive a $75 Visa gift card, with third place receiving a $50 and fourth place receiving a $25 gift card respectively. The Top 4 will be contacted this week regarding what suit of face cards they would like their pet to appear on. CCHS will announce that date the prizes will be given after the decks or cards are produced.
